2007 XC: redshirted.

2006 XC:2006 XC: During her best season so far in cross country, Roflow lead the team in all races this season. To start it off, she won her third consecutive Toledo Dual meet in a time of 18:06. For this, the MAC awarded her the Runner of the Week award for the third time in her career. She also claimed her second consecutive Mel Brodt Invitational title. At the Roy Griak Invitational, she finished in the top-50 of one of the most prestigious meets in the nation finishing the 6,000-meter course in a time of 22:31. At the All-Ohio Championships, she was the top Division I runner, crossing in a time of 18:24. She helped the team to a third place finish. She earned her second MAC Runner of the Week award and her fourth all-time. The Falcon Invitational saw her finish fourth in a time of 18:01. She was the Falcons number two runner at the MAC Championships where she finished seventh. She earned All-MAC for this and was also awarded an Academic All-MAC award for her accomplishments on and off the course.

2006: Roflow was the top distance runner for the Falcons for the 2006 indoor and outdoor season, accomplishing many things along the way. During the indoor season she finished fourth in the 3,000-meter at the MAC Championships with a time of 9:50.18 and then came back the next night to finish third in the 5,000-meters, running a personal best of 16:56.13. She won the 5,000-meters at the BGSU Triangular with a time of 16:58.65. She set a 3,000-meter personal-best at the BGSU Quintangular with a time of 9:43.95 where she finished first. In the mile, Roflow had two second place finishes, one at the BGSU Triangular where she set a personal-record of 4:59.96 and the other at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 5:01. Outdoors, she was one of four Falcons two qualify for Regionals and she qualified in two events (steeplechase and 5,000-meters). Roflow made history by shattering the steeplechase record by ten seconds with a time of 10:27.36 at the Hillsdale Relays, finishing second. She finished second at the MAC Championships in the steeplechase with a time of 10:27.37. She ran the 5,000-meters in a time of 16:43.54 at the MAC championships where she finished second and places her second in BGSU 5,000-meter history. Roflow also won the 1,500-meters at the Toledo Tri-Meet with a personal-record of 4:35.33. For her second place finishes in the 5,000 and the steeplechase at the outdoor MAC Championships, she was named as a second team honoree on the All-MAC squad. Academically, Roflow was named to the Academic All-MAC squad both during the indoor and outdoor season.

2005 XC: Was the top runner for the Falcons in all seven meets...ran a 5K PR (17:31) at the Mel Brodt Invitational and Falcon Invitational...won two individual titles (BG-UT Dual and Mel Brodt)...was the eighth collegiate runner across the line at the Stanford Invitational, featuring some of the best runners in the country...she was named MAC Runner of the Week twice, MAC Scholar Athlete once, Second Team All-MAC, and 2nd Team Academic All-MAC...was also awarded the team's Most Valuable Runner award...Roflow finished in the top-ten at every meet this fall except one, the Great Lakes Regional where she finished 28th.

2005: She was one of the top Falcons in both the indoor and outdoor seasons...placed 6th in the 1500m at the All-Ohio Championships (4:33.9)...had a personal-best time of 10:57.25 in the 3000m steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor Championships where she finished 4th and at that same meet, she set a PR of 17:16.37 in the 5K finishing 7th.

2004 Cross Country: The teams number one runner in four meets this season: the Toledo Dual Meet, Central Collegiate Championships, Stanford Invitational and All-Ohio Championships...received All-Ohio honors by placing 11th among DI runners at the All-Ohio Championship...ran a 5K personal-best of 18:16 and 21:52 for 6K...named the teams most valuable freshman.

High School: A 2004 graduate of McNicholas High School...Ran personal-bests of 5:03 for 1600-meters, 10:49 for 3200-meters, and 18:44 for 5000-meters...placed eighth at State in 2001 and 2002, as well as fouth in 2003...three-time GGCL Runner of the Year, three-time All City and All State member...in track she was a Regional qualifier in 1600, 3200, and 4x8 in 2002 and a Regional qualifier in 1600 in 2003...placed third at State in 3200 in 2004...two-time GGCL Runner of the Year and All City in 2004...hold four school records...received the McNicholas Principal's Trophy, finalist for the Anthony Munoz Senior Scholar-Athlete award.
