NUSSBAUM AND THE FALCONS
Is one-half of the winningest class in the history of the BGSU women's tennis program ... the Falcons won 55 dual matches, the most victories in a four-year span in program history, after Nussbaum and Andrea Volle arrived on campus ... the duo also became only the third class in BG women's tennis annals to post a winning dual-match record in all four seasons ... individually, had a total of 106 career wins at BGSU, ranking 16th in school history ... had career totals of 47 singles wins and 59 doubles victories ... ranks 19th on the BG singles wins list, and is tied for 11th on the doubles chart ... was a constant in the Fallcons' singles and doubles lineups in each of her last three years, after seeing part-time action in both lineups as a freshman.
2007-08
A team captain for the second consecutive year ... had a 33-22 overall mark on the season ... was 13-10 in singles and 20-12 in doubles ... set career bests in both doubles and overall wins, and tied her seasonal best in singles victories ... went 7-7 in singles during dual-match play, including records of 3-2 at the fifth flight and 3-1 at the sixth ... played at the fifth level, and at the second doubles flight, in both MAC Championships matches ... in the regular season, had a 3-5 MAC record in singles ... played at the sixth flight in the conference opener, the fifth flight in the next three matches and the fourth flight in the final four contests of the regular season ... in doubles, teamed with classmate Andrea Volle to post a 14-6 record at the second flight in dual-match action ... that duo went 5-3 in the MAC ... won 10 consecutive matches (six singles, four doubles) from Feb. 15 through March 6 ... had an overall record of 7-6 in the fall ... went 3-3 in singles play, including a 2-1 mark and a back-draw title at the BGSU Invitational ... in doubles, combined with Kelsey Jakupcin for a 4-3 fall record, all at the top flight ... that duo represented the Falcons at the Wilson/ITA Midwest Regional Championship in Ann Arbor ... doubles duo went 2-1 at both the BGSU and Queen City Invites.
2006-07
A team captain as just a junior ... had a total of 28 wins on the season ... was 13-15 in singles action, including a 6-3 record at the third flight in dual-match play ... in MAC action, played primarily at the fourth flight, and went 3-5 in conference play ... had a 15-17 doubles record on the year ... in doubles play, teamed with Kelsey Jakupcin for all 32 matches ... that duo had a 10-12 mark, all at the top flight, in dual-match play, including a 4-4 MAC ledger ... represented the Falcons in doubles at the ITA Midwest Region Championships in October ... had a five-match singles winning streak in January.
2005-06
Finished the season with a 12-16 singles record, including a 2-6 mark in MAC play ... went 9-14 in dual-match action at the number-two singles flight ... in doubles, was 12-23 ... had a 7-15 record when teaming with Ashley Jakupcin ... was 5-8 with Heidi Romer, including a 3-5 record in MAC play ... teamed with Jakupcin to win a pair of doubles matches in the main draw of the Wilson/ITA Midwest Region Championships ... that duo lost to the eventual champions ... won her first two matches in the singles qualifying draw that weekend ... was named the MAC's Player of the Week on March 20, after going a combined 5-1 in matches vs. St. Mary's, Duquesne and Grand Valley State in action in Orlando, Fla., the previous week.
2004-05
Had a 9-13 singles record as a freshman ... in doubles action, had an overall mark of 12-14 ... was 8-10 when paired with Ashley Jakupcin ... that tandem went 1-3 in MAC dual-match play, and had a 7-8 record at the number-two flight ... also played with Andrea Meister (3-2) and Andrea Volle (1-2) in doubles action in her freshman year.
