2006: In 2006 Bunko continued her success in the javelin throw. She won three meets (Dick Small, Ohio Invite, and the Toledo Tri-Meet). She also finished third at the All-Ohio Championships with a throw of 137-04. She capped off her junior year by finishing fifth at the MAC Championships which makes it the third year in a row in which she has placed in the top-eight a the conference meet. She recorded her season-best throw at the Ohio Invite, with a distance of 137-08. Bunko was named to ESPN The Magazines Academic All-District squad as a second team honoree. She was also chosen as the women's selection as the Falcon Scholar Athlete of the Year. She was also named to the Academic All-MAC squad. Andrean (Andi) Bunko has been a significant and consistent performer for the Falcons over the past two seasons. She has placed at the MAC Championships both years and earned spots to the NCAA Mid-West Regionals both in 2004 and 2005.
2005: Bunko earned her way to NCAA Regionals for the second straight year after posting a career-best 142-07 at the Drake Relays in the javelin. She had three first-place finishes throughout the year (Oliver Nikoloff, WMU Tri-Meet and Early Bird Invite). She placed eighth in the javelin at the 2005 MAC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 134-09. 2004: She was one of five Falcons to earn her way to the NCAA Regionals in Baton Rouge, LA., where she placed ninth in the javelin throw with a mark of 137-09. She posted a season-best 141-08 at the 2004 MAC Outdoor Championships, where she placed fifth in the javelin. High School: 2002 & 2003 OFSAA Champion in the javelin. She was the 2003 Canadian Junior runner-up in the same event with a personal best throw of 44.78m.
